Welcome to Suravelo, your premier platform for luxury apartment selection at suravelo.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, services, digital products, and goods.
1. Services
Suravelo offers personalized luxury apartment search and concierge services. Clients may request tailored assistance, property viewings, and related support. Fees are set forth in your service agreement.
Cancellation and Refunds for Services:
- Full refunds of fees will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 6 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund due to high-value planning and vendor commitments.
- Clients may request to reschedule services by notifying us at least 5 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
2. Information Products
Suravelo provides digital guides, market reports, and planning resources related to luxury apartment living.
Refunds for Information Products:
- Clients may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- To request a refund, contact us via our Contact Form with proof of purchase and usage details.
3. Goods
From time to time, Suravelo may offer physical goods such as branded merchandise or welcome kits.
Goods Shipments and Refunds:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within 15 days of delivery.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs when sending back items, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the sent-back item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via the original payment channel. Processing time may vary from 5 to 10 business days after approval. In cases where a refund is not permitted, this is due to nonreversible resource allocation and vendor commitments inherent to luxury planning services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Suravelo is not liable for delays or costs arising from third-party vendors, property owners, or logistical issues beyond our control.
